SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping
The customer will indicate the address where to receive the delivery.
Data necessary for shipping:
- name and surname of the recipient
- name indicated on the intercom, if different from the recipient
- street/square, house number, postcode, municipality, province, state.
All purchases are delivered by the seller via Bartolini. The lack or inaccuracy of even just one piece of data among those indicated above can compromise the outcome of the shipment or lead to delays. White Tail Organic Farm will not be responsible for failure to receive the package if the recipient's data is omitted even partially or is incorrect. If the order is not delivered, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly notify Bartolini who will communicate the tracking number through which the customer can trace the package. If it is necessary, for the reasons above, to proceed with a new shipment of goods, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer and it will not be possible to request a refund of the value of the order placed.
Shipping Times
Orders will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays, within 10 (ten) working days following confirmation and verification of payment for the order. If it becomes impossible to deliver the ordered goods within the scheduled time, following the unexpected unavailability of the product, even temporarily, White Tail Organic Farm will promptly contact the customer.
Costs
White Tail Organic Farm accepts orders that include delivery to Italy, Europe, and some non-European countries.

Right of withdrawal
The consumer customer can exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 52 et seq. Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 by returning the purchased good and obtaining a refund of the price paid, without any penalty, no later than 14 (fourteen) days starting from the day of receipt of the purchased product, this right cannot be exercised in the case of perishable food and/or household products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer customer must, before the expiry of the withdrawal period, inform White Tail Organic Farm of his decision to exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract by sending an explicit declaration of his decision to withdraw from the contract to the email address info@whitetail-farm.com . In this case White Tail Organic Farm will promptly communicate to the consumer customer a confirmation of receipt of the exercised withdrawal. White Tail Organic Farm will accept the returned goods, reserving any refund only after verifying that the products have been returned in their original state, unused and with the original packaging intact. Only in this case will White Tail Organic Farm forward the amount paid by the customer for the purchase of the products. The transport costs incurred for the delivery of the product to the consumer customer and for any return to White Tail Organic Farm are not refundable.
