Green Salad with Feta, Olives, Crostini, and Hazelnuts


  • 2 cups mixed greens

  • 5.3 oz crumbled feta cheese

  • 1/2 cup pitted black olives

  • 1/4 cup crostini

  • 1/4 cup roasted and chopped hazelnuts

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Wash and dry the mixed greens thoroughly.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, feta cheese, olives, crostini, and hazelnuts.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.

  5. Serve immediately.


  • For a more intense flavor, marinate the olives in lemon juice and olive oil for 30 minutes before adding them to the salad.

  • If you don't have crostini, you can use cubed toasted bread instead.

  • Feel free to add other ingredients to the salad, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, or bell peppers.

  • For a vegetarian option, substitute vegan cheese for the feta.
