Green Salad with Feta, Olives, Crostini, and Hazelnuts
Ingredients:
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 5.3 oz crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup pitted black olives
- 1/4 cup crostini
- 1/4 cup roasted and chopped hazelnuts
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Wash and dry the mixed greens thoroughly.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, feta cheese, olives, crostini, and hazelnuts.
